Thinking about short-term mission service this year? TeachBeyond has many opportunities for you to experience cross-cultural ministry by using a skill you already possess – your ability to speak English. Below are some English Camp and intensive English as a Foreign Language programs that need volunteers. We offer a one-week, intensive EFL teacher training course at Wheaton College in June to prepare you if you choose to teach an intensive course to adults.

In Brasilia May20-June 5, Pastor Adriano would like to have afternoon English classes for children at risk in the streets of Brasilia and evening classes for adults as an outreach of his church. Three more English language teachers are needed for this project.
Pastor Adriano would also like to have an English Camp for one week when students have off from school at the beginning of August. An entire team is needed for this Brazilian camp.
TeachBeyond will hold a four-week intensive course in July in the Philippines for Chinese students to learn English. Two English language teachers are needed for this project July 17-August 13.
Jim Pierce is the Regional Camp Coordinator for Eurasia. We will have five camps in sensitive countries in July and early August. Terry Schmidt will be the supervisor for two of these camps. Jim will supervise at least one. Additional staff members are needed in these sensitive countries. We also need staff for an English Camp in Moldova July 30-August 6.
